If you are driving from Wrightsville Beach, start by heading southwest on Wrightsville Ave toward US-74 W. Continue on US-74 W for approximately 9 miles. Merge onto I-40 W toward Wilmington. After about 6 miles, take exit 420B for US-17 S toward Myrtle Beach. Continue on US-17 S, then take exit 12A for MLK Jr Parkway. Follow MLK Jr Parkway and continue onto N 3rd St. Turn right onto Ann St. The Basilica of Saint Mary will be on your left at 412 Ann St.

If you are using public transportation, head to the nearest Wave Transit bus stop. Take the bus route 102 (Wilmington Loop), which will take you directly to downtown Wilmington. Get off at the stop closest to Ann St. From there, walk east on Market St and then turn left onto Ann St. The Basilica of Saint Mary will be on your right at 412 Ann St.
