From downtown Wilmington, head north on N 3rd St toward Red Cross St. Continue on N 3rd St, which becomes Market St. After about 5 miles, keep left to merge onto US-17 N toward Jacksonville. Continue on US-17 N for approximately 10 miles. Poplar Grove Plantation will be on your left at 10200 Hwy 17, Wilmington, NC 28411. There is free parking available on-site.

You will need to transfer to Route 204 at the Monkey Junction stop. Stay on Route 204 until you reach the stop at Poplar Grove Plantation.
