You will reach the intersection with East Franklin Street. Turn left onto East Franklin Street and walk for another 0.2 miles until you see North Columbia Street on your right. Turn right onto North Columbia Street, and after a short walk of about 0.1 miles, you will arrive at McCorkle Place, which is located at the heart of the University of North Carolina campus.

If you are near the Chapel Hill Transit stop at Franklin and Columbia, take the 'D' bus route heading towards the University. Get off at the next stop, which is 'South Road at Old Well'. From there, walk east along South Road for about 0.1 miles until you reach McCorkle Place, situated just ahead on your left.

If you have access to a bike, start at the Chapel Hill Library. Head southeast on East Rosemary Street for about 0.5 miles, then take a left onto North Columbia Street.
