If you are starting from downtown Chapel Hill, head southeast on E Franklin St toward S Columbia St. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with S Estes Dr. Turn right onto S Estes Dr and walk for approximately 0.3 miles. You will see signs for the North Carolina Botanical Garden on your left. The entrance is located at 100 Old Mason Farm Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27517.

Public Transit (Bus)
From downtown Chapel Hill, you can catch the J and CL buses that head towards the North Carolina Botanical Garden. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop on E Franklin St and make sure to check the bus schedule for the next available bus. Once on the bus, stay on for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop at Old Mason Farm Rd. From there, it is a short walk to the entrance of the Botanical Garden, which is located at 100 Old Mason Farm Rd.
