Look for the bus route that heads towards Charlotte, such as the 'Route 77'. Board the bus and ride it for approximately 30 minutes to the 'Charlotte Transportation Center'. Once you arrive at the transportation center, transfer to the 'Lynx Blue Line' light rail. Take the light rail towards 'I-485/South Blvd'. Get off at the 'Trade & Tryon' station. From there, walk north on Tryon St for about 5 minutes until you reach Fourth Ward.
