Ride the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the 'Uptown Transit Center' stop. From there, it's a short walk to 380 S College St. Just head southeast on E Trade St for 0.5 miles, then turn left onto S College St. The destination will be on your right.

If you are near the South End area, you can take the Light Rail Blue Line. Board the train at any South End station heading towards 'I-485/South Blvd.' Ride the train for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Trade St' station. From there, walk north on S Tryon St for about 0.3 miles, then turn right onto E Trade St, and finally left onto S College St. The Charlotte city tours location will be on your right at 380 S College St.
