Getting There

• Light Rail

  If you are near the Charlotte Light Rail, board the Lynx Blue Line towards I-485/South Blvd. Ride until you reach the 'Stonewall' station. Once you exit, head northeast on Stonewall Street toward South Tryon Street. Continue straight until you reach East Trade Street. Turn left onto East Trade Street, and walk about 0.3 miles. The Sculptures at Independence Square will be on your right at 100-108 E Trade St.

• Bus

  Find a nearby bus stop and check for the CATS bus routes. You can take Bus 11 or Bus 13 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Trade & Tryon' stop. From the bus stop, walk east on East Trade Street for a short distance. The Sculptures at Independence Square will be located on your right at 100-108 E Trade St.

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Charlotte Convention Center, head north on South College Street. Turn left onto East Trade Street and continue walking for about 0.4 miles. Move straight until you reach 100-108 E Trade St, where The Sculptures at Independence Square are located. Look for the sculptures in the public square area.

• Bike Share

  Use the Charlotte B-cycle bike share program. Rent a bike from a nearby station and head towards the city center. Follow the bike lanes along South Tryon Street, then turn right onto East Trade Street. Continue riding for about 0.5 miles. The Sculptures at Independence Square will be on your right at 100-108 E Trade St.
