Find the nearest bus stop and take the CATS bus route 9, which travels along East Boulevard. You can board the bus at various stops in the city, such as the Transportation Center. After about 15-20 minutes (depending on traffic), get off at the 'East Blvd & Park Rd' stop. From there, walk north for a short distance on East Boulevard, and you'll arrive at Freedom Park.

If you're already in the South End area, you can walk directly to Freedom Park. Start from the intersection of South Blvd and East Blvd. Head south on East Blvd, enjoying the local shops and restaurants along the way. Continue walking for about 1 mile until you reach the park entrance at 1908 East Blvd. The park will be on your left.

If you have access to a bike, you can ride to Freedom Park via the local bike lanes. From downtown Charlotte, you can take the Little Sugar Creek Greenway, which leads directly to the park. Follow the trail for about 1.5 miles until you reach the park entrance at 1908 East Blvd. There are bike racks available at the park for parking.
