If you are driving from Grandfather Mountain, start by heading southeast on the Blue Ridge Parkway. After about 7 miles, take the exit for US-221 S. Continue on US-221 S for approximately 4 miles until you reach Tynecastle Hwy (NC-184). Turn left onto Tynecastle Hwy and drive for about 1 mile. The Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster will be on your left at 3265 Tynecastle Hwy, Banner Elk, NC 28604.
