Follow US-158, which will lead you onto the Wright Memorial Bridge, taking you to the Outer Banks. Once on the Outer Banks, continue on NC-12 South, which is the primary road leading to Cape Hatteras National Seashore. You will pass through several towns, including Nags Head and Corolla. Follow NC-12 for approximately 50 miles until you reach the entrance to Cape Hatteras National Seashore. There are no tolls on this route.
