If you're driving from Nags Head, head south on NC-12 for about 20 miles. You'll pass through several small towns, including Hatteras. Continue straight until you reach Rodanthe. The St. Clair Landing Family Campground is located on the right side at 25028 North Carolina Hwy 12. Look for the sign indicating the campground entrance.
