If you're traveling by car, start from the main town area of Manteo, NC. Head northwest on US-64 N for about 6 miles. Take the exit toward Airport Rd and merge onto Airport Rd. Continue on Airport Rd for about 1 mile, and you will see the USLSS Station Pea Island Historical Marker on your right at 374 Airport Rd, Manteo, NC 27954.
