If you're in Virginia Beach and want to cycle to False Cape State Park, start at the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Head south on Atlantic Avenue until you reach 1st Street. Turn right and continue until you reach the intersection with Pacific Avenue. Turn left on Pacific Avenue and follow it until you hit the Virginia Beach Convention Center. From there, follow the signs to the Cape Henry Trail, which will lead you towards the park. The trail is well-marked and takes you through natural scenery, eventually leading you to Sandpiper Road. Follow Sandpiper Road for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the park entrance at 4001 Sandpiper Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23456.

If you're already in the Sandbridge area, you can walk to False Cape State Park. Start at the intersection of Sandbridge Road and Lost Colony Way. Head south on Lost Colony Way until you reach Sandpiper Road.
