Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. The bus will take you directly to the Charlotte Transportation Center. Once you arrive, exit the bus and walk towards the intersection of Trade St and Tryon St. Continue south on Tryon St for about 0.3 miles. You will find the Levine Museum of the New South at 401 S Tryon St on your left.

If you're comfortable riding a bike, you can rent one from a local bike-sharing program. Start on the Mooresville Greenway and follow the path towards the south. Continue along the greenway until you reach the nearest road that leads into Charlotte. Use local bike paths to navigate into the city. Once you reach downtown Charlotte, head towards Tryon St and ride south until you reach 401 S Tryon St, where the Levine Museum of the New South is located.
