Getting There

  • Public Transportation

    From your location in Mooresville, walk to the nearest bus stop that services the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS). Board the Route 77 bus heading towards the Charlotte Transportation Center. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Charlotte Transportation Center, transfer to the LYNX Blue Line light rail towards I-485/South Blvd. Stay on the light rail for about 20 minutes until you reach the 'Trade St' station. Exit the train and walk east for about 3 blocks along E Trade St. The Spectrum Center will be on your left at 333 E Trade St.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local bike-sharing service in Mooresville. Start by heading south towards the Mooresville Greenway. Follow the greenway until you reach the intersection with NC-150. Turn left and continue until you reach the intersection with I-77. Use the bike path to cross the bridge and continue on NC-77. Follow the bike lanes into Charlotte, and as you approach the downtown area, stay on the designated bike routes towards E Trade St. The Spectrum Center will be on your right at 333 E Trade St.

    If you’re feeling adventurous and want to walk to the Spectrum Center, start at the center of Mooresville and head south on N Main St. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with NC-150. Cross NC-150 and proceed straight, following the walking path that leads towards the lake. Once you reach the shoreline, turn left and walk along the water until you find the pedestrian bridge. Cross the bridge, and make your way towards downtown Charlotte. Walk along E Trade St for about 2 miles until you reach the Spectrum Center at 333 E Trade St. Note: This option is quite lengthy and may take over an hour.
