Getting There

• Walking

  Starting from the center of New Bern, make your way to East Front Street. Head east on East Front Street toward Pollock Street. At the intersection, turn right onto Pollock Street and continue until you reach Broad Street. Turn left onto Broad Street and follow it until you reach the intersection with Trent Boulevard. Here, turn right onto Trent Boulevard. Continue walking north on Trent Boulevard for about 1 mile. Fort Totten Park will be on your left at 1402 Trent Blvd. Look for the entrance to the park.

• Bicycle

  If you have a bicycle, you can take a scenic route. Start at Union Point Park in downtown New Bern. Ride west on East Front Street, then turn left onto Pollock Street. After a few blocks, turn right onto Broad Street. Follow Broad Street until you reach Trent Boulevard. Turn left onto Trent Boulevard and continue cycling north for about 1 mile. Fort Totten Park will be on your left at 1402 Trent Blvd.

• Public Transit

  For public transit, check with local bus services for the nearest stop. You may need to board a bus that heads toward Trent Boulevard. Disembark at a stop close to Trent Boulevard, then walk approximately 0.5 miles north to reach Fort Totten Park at 1402 Trent Blvd. Be sure to check the bus schedules and routes in advance for the most efficient travel.
