Take the exit toward Manteo and merge onto US-64 E again. Continue on US-64 E for approximately 7 miles until you reach Manteo. Once in Manteo, look for Conservation Way and turn left. The Coastal North Carolina Refuges Gateway Visitor Center will be on your right at 100 Conservation Way, Manteo, NC 27954. There is free parking available on-site.
