From the nearest major city, Asheville, NC, take I-26 E towards Johnson City. Merge onto US-64 E towards Brevard. Continue on US-64 E for approximately 20 miles until you reach the junction with the Blue Ridge Parkway. Take the Blue Ridge Parkway northbound, and drive for about 19 miles to reach Crabtree Falls, which is located at milepost 339.5. The parking area for the trailhead will be on your right. Note: There is no entrance fee for the Blue Ridge Parkway, but parking may be limited during peak season.

If you're using public transportation, take a Greyhound or a local bus to Asheville, NC. From Asheville, you can use ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft to reach the Blue Ridge Parkway. Once at the Parkway, you will need to arrange for a ride to Crabtree Falls trailhead, as public transportation does not directly service the area. After arriving at the trailhead, follow the Crabtree Falls Trail for a 2-mile round trip hike to the falls. Ensure you wear appropriate hiking shoes and carry water.
