From downtown Raleigh, head to the nearest bus stop and take the GoRaleigh bus #5 (Southwest) or bus #11 (Cedar Hills). Make sure to check the schedule for the bus as they run every 30 minutes. Get off at the stop at S St Mary's St. After getting off, walk south on S St Mary's St for about 5 minutes. The Joel Lane Museum House will be on your left at 160 S St Mary's St.
