Car
From Wrightsville Beach, head southwest on N Lumina Ave toward W Salisbury St. Continue on N Lumina Ave which will eventually turn into S Lumina Ave. After about 3 miles, take a left onto N Wrightsville Ave. Continue for about 2 miles and then take a right onto US-74 W. After approximately 5 miles, take exit 415 for US-421 S towards Wilmington. Merge onto US-421 S and continue for about 8 miles. Take the exit towards S College Rd, then turn left onto S College Rd. After about 1.5 miles, turn right onto Trails End Rd. Follow Trails End Rd until you reach the Masonboro Island Reserve parking area. Please note that there may be a small parking fee.
