From the center of James River Valley, head west on State Route 13 towards Milnor. Continue traveling on this road for approximately 25 miles until you reach the intersection with County Road 10. Turn left onto County Road 10. After about 3 miles, you will see the Camp Buell State Historic Site on your right at the address 14052-14094 Co Rd 10, Milnor, ND 58060. There is no entry fee to access the site.
