    If you are driving, start from the Little Missouri National Grassland Visitor Center located at 7 miles south of Medora on Highway 85. Take Highway 85 north towards Medora, then turn left onto I-94 W. Follow I-94 W for about 5 miles. Take exit 27 for Medora, and continue on the road until you reach the entrance of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The park entrance will be on your right.

  • Public Transportation

    If you are using public transportation, take the bus from Dickinson to Medora, which operates a few times a day. Once you arrive in Medora, you can either walk (approximately 1.5 miles) or use a taxi service to reach the Theodore Roosevelt National Park entrance. If walking, head east on Old Highway 10, then turn right onto Highway 85 and follow the signs to the park entrance.
