If you are traveling by car, start from the Theodore Roosevelt National Park South Unit Visitor Center, located at 1470 10th St SE, Medora, ND 58645. Head east on 10th St SE toward 2nd Ave SE, then turn left onto 2nd Ave SE. After about 0.3 miles, turn right onto US-85 N. Continue on US-85 N for approximately 2 miles until you reach the town of Medora. Once in Medora, follow the signs for the Maltese Cross Cabin, which is located in the south part of the town. The cabin is situated in a small park area. There is parking available nearby.
