From the center of Kagman, head towards the main road that connects to the south. Follow the signs directing you towards Saipan. As you walk, keep an eye out for local landmarks such as the Kagman Community Center, which should be to your left. Continue walking on the main road until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the ferry terminal. Turn right at this intersection. Once you arrive at the ferry terminal, you can take a ferry to Saipan. Ensure to check the ferry schedule ahead of time for departure times. Upon arriving at Saipan, you will disembark at the main ferry terminal. From there, you can either take a local bus or continue on foot. If walking, head towards the Coffee Tree Mall located at 6P89+5VG. The Angry Penne is on the second floor of this mall.
