If you are in the Garapan area, start at the Saipan World Resort. Head south on Beach Road and continue walking for about 1.5 miles. You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. Once you reach the intersection with the road leading to the airport, turn left. Continue straight for approximately 0.7 miles until you reach Obyan Beach, which will be on your right. Look for signs that indicate the beach entrance.

From the center of Garapan, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops. Cycle down Beach Road heading south for about 1.5 miles. After passing the Saipan World Resort, stay on Beach Road until you reach the airport intersection. Turn left and continue for another 0.7 miles. Obyan Beach will be on your right. This route is relatively flat, making it an enjoyable ride.

To reach Obyan Beach using public transport, find a bus stop in Garapan. Take the bus route that heads towards the airport. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at the Obyan Beach stop. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you disembark, walk back a short distance and look for the beach entrance on your right.

If you prefer a quicker mode of transport, you can hail a taxi or use a ride-sharing app if available. Start your journey from any location in Saipan, requesting a ride to Obyan Beach. The driver will take you directly to the beach entrance, which is located at approximately latitude 15.1062 and longitude 145.7380. The ride will generally take around 15-20 minutes depending on your starting point.
