If you're traveling by car, start by heading towards the E6 highway from your current location in Akershus. Follow signs for Oslo and continue on the E6 until you reach the exit for the Rv156 towards Nesodden. Take the Rv156 and follow it until you reach the ferry terminal at Aker Brygge. Here, you will need to take a ferry to Nesoddtangen. The ferry ride takes approximately 30 minutes and you can buy tickets on-site or online (cost is around 80 NOK for adults). After disembarking the ferry, drive along Hellvikstrand road for about 5 minutes to reach Hellvik Beach at Hellvikstrand 4, 1459 Nesoddtangen.

For those using public transportation, start by taking a bus or train to Oslo Central Station. From there, take the Metro Line 1 (Green Line) towards Frognerseteren and get off at the stop at Aker Brygge. Walk to the nearby ferry terminal and board the ferry to Nesoddtangen. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Nesoddtangen, you can either walk (approximately 20 minutes) or take a local bus (lines 51 or 52) that will take you to Hellvikstrand. The stop you need is Hellvikstrand, from where it's a short walk to Hellvik Beach.
