Car
From central Akershus, take the E6 highway towards Oslo. After approximately 20 km, take the exit toward Rv4 signposted for Gjøvik. Continue on Rv4 for about 5 km, then take the exit toward Mariholtveien. Follow Mariholtveien for around 1 km. Look for signs indicating Sarabråten. Parking is available near the site.
Public Transportation
Start your journey at the nearest public transport station in Akershus. Take the train on the L1 line towards Oslo S (Oslo Central Station). At Oslo S, transfer to the L2 train towards Spikkestad and get off at the stop named 'Helsfyr'. From Helsfyr, take bus line 34 towards 'Romsås' and get off at the 'Mariholtveien' stop. From there, it's a short walk of about 800 meters to Sarabråten. Make sure to check the current schedules on the Ruter website for exact times and ticket prices.
