Getting There

  • Bus

    If you are at the Bergen Bus Station (Bergen Rutebilstasjon), take Bus 2 towards 'Loddefjord'. After 10 stops, get off at 'Nygård'. From there, walk towards the intersection and take a left on 'Nygårdsveien'. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront and then follow the path along the coast for about 15 minutes. You will see Akvariet i Bergen on your right.

  • Ferry

    From Bryggen, take the ferry from 'Bryggen' terminal to 'Nordnes'. The ferry ride takes about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at the Nordnes terminal, walk straight up Nordnesbakken for about 5 minutes and you will find Akvariet i Bergen on your left.
