Walk
Start your journey at the Bodø city center, near the main bus station (Bodø Busstasjon). From the bus station, head southwest on Storgata towards Rådhusgata. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Steindiket. Turn left onto Steindiket and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs pointing to Hunstadtoppen as you approach the area. After approximately 20 minutes of walking, you will see the trailhead for Hunstadtoppen on your right.
Public Transport
From Bodø city center, walk to the bus station (Bodø Busstasjon). Take bus number 3 towards Hunstad, which departs regularly from the station. The bus ride will take around 10 minutes. Get off at the Hunstad stop. From there, continue walking on Hunstadveien until you reach Steindiket. Turn right onto Steindiket and follow the road for about 400 meters until you see the trailhead for Hunstadtoppen on your left.
