Getting There

Car
From Gudvangen, head northeast on Fv 13 towards Flåm. Continue on Fv 13 for approximately 14 km until you reach the junction with E16. Turn right onto E16 and drive for about 8 km. Take the exit towards Flåm, and follow the signs to Gudmedalen. The destination will be on your left. Please note that parking may incur a fee, so be prepared with local currency for parking meters.

Public Transportation (Bus)
Start at the Gudvangen bus stop. Take the bus heading to Flåm (check the schedule as it may vary by season). The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. Upon arriving in Flåm, disembark at the Flåm Station. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to Gudmedalen, which is approximately 10 minutes away by car. Keep in mind that taxi services will incur additional costs.

Walking (from Flåm)
If you arrive in Flåm and choose to walk to Gudmedalen, exit the Flåm Station and head southwest towards the road leading out of Flåm. Follow the road as it curves along the fjord for about 4 km. This route is scenic but be prepared for varying terrain and ensure you wear appropriate walking shoes. It may take around 1 hour to reach Gudmedalen by foot.
