Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the Hardangervidda National Park area. Head towards the E134 highway. Take the E134 in the direction of Åmot and continue until you reach the junction for the R7 road. Turn onto R7 towards Eidfjord, following the signs for Vøringsfoss. Continue on R7 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the Vøringfossen parking area. There is a parking fee of approximately 50 NOK (Norwegian Krone) for the parking area. The waterfall is a short walk from the parking lot.

If you are using public transportation, take a bus from the nearest major town, such as Eidfjord. The bus service, operated by Nor-Way Busser, runs regularly between Eidfjord and Vøringsfoss. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Ensure you check the bus schedule in advance as services may vary by season. Once you arrive at the Vøringsfoss stop, it is a short walk to the viewing area of the waterfall.
