From the center of Forsand, head southwest on Fv491 for about 3 kilometers. You will see the bridge ahead; there are several parking areas nearby where you can stop to take photos and enjoy the views.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Stavanger to Forsand. Look for the bus operated by Kolumbus, which operates routes between these two locations. Once you arrive in Forsand, you can walk to the Lysefjord Bridge, which is approximately a 30-minute walk from the bus stop. Head southwest on Fv491, and the bridge will be visible as you approach it.
Walking
