    From the center of Oppdal, head north on the E6 highway towards Alvdal. Continue for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the junction for Fv29. Take the exit onto Fv29 towards Alvdal. Drive for another 15 kilometers, then turn left onto Tronvegen (Fv29) and follow the road signs towards Tronfjellet. The mountain will be on your right. Parking is available at designated areas near the trailhead.
