Public Transport
If you are starting from Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), take tram number 12 towards Majorstuen. It departs from the station every 10-15 minutes. Stay on the tram for about 10 minutes until you reach the 'Aker Brygge' stop. Once you get off, walk towards Brynjulf Bulls plass, and you will see the Aker Brygge Clock Tower directly in front of you.
Walking
From the National Theatre, exit the building and head towards the waterfront. Walk straight down to the Aker Brygge area, which is approximately a 10-minute walk. As you approach the waterfront, you will notice several restaurants and shops. Continue walking until you reach Brynjulf Bulls plass, where the Aker Brygge Clock Tower is located.
Bus
If you are near the Oslo Opera House, you can take bus number 60 from 'Opera' bus stop towards 'Bjørvika'. Get off at the 'Aker Brygge' bus stop, which is about a 5-minute ride. From the bus stop, walk down to Brynjulf Bulls plass, and you will see the Aker Brygge Clock Tower right ahead.
