From Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), take tram number 17 or 18 towards Rikshospitalet. Get off at the Grønland stop, which takes about 5 minutes. Once you exit the tram, walk straight ahead on Grønlandsleiret, and you will see Akerselva Grønland along the riverbank.
