Take Tram Line 12 (Bjølsen) or Tram Line 13 (Majorstuen) and get off at the stop named 'Nationaltheatret'. From there, walk along 'Universitetsgata' towards 'Frederiks gate'. Continue straight until you reach 'Frederiks gate 2', where the Historical Museum is located.
