Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in Oslo city center, head towards Karl Johans gate, the main street of Oslo. From the Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), exit the station and walk straight out towards the main street. Once you reach Karl Johans gate, turn right. Continue walking down Karl Johans gate for about 10 minutes. You will see the Storting building, the Norwegian Parliament, on your left at Karl Johans gate 22.

    From the Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), you can take tram line 12 or 13 towards Majorstuen. Get off at the Stortinget stop, which is just one stop away. From the tram stop, walk a short distance towards Karl Johans gate. The Storting building will be directly in front of you.

    If you are near a bus stop, you can take bus line 30, 31, or 32 from various locations in the city towards the 'Stortinget' stop. After disembarking, walk towards Karl Johans gate, and you will see the Storting building at Karl Johans gate 22.
