Public Transport
If you are in central Oslo, you can take the Oslo Metro (T-bane) to the 'Nationaltheatret' station. From there, exit the station and head towards the river (Akerselva). Walk straight down towards Slottsparken, which is about a 10-minute walk. You will see the Royal Palace as you approach the park entrance.
Walking
If you are near Karl Johans gate, simply walk towards the Royal Palace. The entrance to Slottsparken is right next to the palace. It’s a straight path and should take you around 10 minutes. Look for the large gates and pathways leading into the park.
Tram
You can take tram line 12 or 19 towards 'Majorstuen' from any stop on the route in the city center. Get off at 'Slottsparken' stop. Once you exit the tram, you will find yourself right at the entrance of Slottsparken. Just walk through the gates and enjoy the park.
Bus
Take bus number 30 or 31 from any central bus stop towards 'Majorstuen'. Disembark at 'Slottsplassen' stop. The park entrance is directly across the street from the bus stop. Follow the path into Slottsparken.
