Public Transport - Tram
If you're near Oslo Central Station, take tram number 12 towards Majorstuen. Get off at the 'Nationaltheatret' stop, which is a 5-minute ride. From there, head towards the river and follow the signs to the Royal Palace, which is about a 10-minute walk. You will see the palace ahead as you walk up Slottsgata, which leads directly to Slottsplassen.

If you are closer to the bus terminal, catch bus number 30 or 31 from 'Oslo Bussterminal' towards 'Bjerke'. Get off at 'Slottsplassen'. The Royal Palace will be directly in front of you as you exit the bus. It’s a very short walk from there.
