From Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), take the T-bane (metro) Line 1 towards Frognerseteren. Stay on the train for 11 stops and get off at Vettakollen station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Vettakollen Viewpoint, which is a short hike uphill. The walk will take about 15-20 minutes, and you'll be rewarded with stunning views of the city.
