    Getting There

    Walking

    From Grünerløkka, start at the intersection of Thorvald Meyers Gate and Markveien. Head west along Thorvald Meyers Gate until you reach the tram stop 'Birkelunden'. Here, you will board Tram Line 11 towards Majorstuen. Stay on the tram for about 5 stops, and disembark at 'Majorstuen'. Once you exit the tram, walk along Kirkeveien, which will lead you directly to Frognerparken. The park entrance will be on your right after a short walk.

    Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Grünerløkka. Head to the nearest bike rental station, then cycle down Thorvald Meyers Gate towards Bislett. Continue on Bislett until you reach the intersection with Kirkeveien. Turn right onto Kirkeveien, and you will arrive at Frognerparken in about 10 minutes, depending on your cycling speed.

    Public Transport (Bus)

    From Grünerløkka, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Schous Plass'. Board Bus 30 towards 'Majorstuen'. After approximately 8 minutes and 4 stops, get off at 'Majorstuen'. From there, walk along Kirkeveien, and you will find Frognerparken a short distance ahead on your right.
