Public Transport - Tram
If you are near Jernbanetorget (Oslo Central Station), take Tram Line 17 or 18 towards Rikshospitalet. Get off at the stop 'Tøyen'. From Tøyen, walk approximately 10 minutes to Sars' gate 1, where The Botanical Garden is located. Exit the tram and head east on Tøyengata, then turn left onto Sars' gate.

From Oslo Central Station, take Bus Line 34 towards Sinsenkrysset. Get off at the stop 'Tøyen'. Walk approximately 5 minutes to The Botanical Garden by following the same route as described for the tram: head east on Tøyengata, then turn left onto Sars' gate.

If you are in the city center, you can easily walk to The Botanical Garden. Head east on Karl Johans gate until you reach Tøyen gate. Continue along Tøyen gate until you reach Sars' gate. The Botanical Garden will be on your right at Sars' gate 1.
Bicycle
Oslo has bike rental services available. If you are cycling, head towards the city center and follow the route along the Akerselva River towards the east, then turn onto Tøyengata that leads to Sars' gate. The Botanical Garden will be on your right.
