    If you are starting from the Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), head to the nearby tram station located just outside the station. Take tram line 11 or 12 towards 'Majorstuen' and get off at the 'Grünerløkka' stop. From there, walk east along Thorvald Meyers gate for about 10 minutes until you reach The Viking Garden.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    From the Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), you can take bus number 30 towards 'Ekeberg', and get off at 'Birkelunden' stop. After getting off, walk south on Bislett towards Sofienbergparken, and then head east for about 15 minutes to arrive at The Viking Garden.

  • Walking

    If you are already in the Grünerløkka area, you can walk to The Viking Garden. Head south on Thorvald Meyers gate, then take a left onto Olaf Ryes plass. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of The Viking Garden, which is located in the park area.

  • Public Transport - Metro

    From the National Theatre station, take the metro (T-bane) line 1, 2, or 3 towards 'Grorud', 'Kolsås', or 'Storo'. Get off at 'Grünerløkka' station. Once you exit the station, walk north on Bislett towards Sofienbergparken, then head east for about 15 minutes to reach The Viking Garden.
