Follow Rv13 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the village of Forsand. From Forsand, take the ferry across the Lysefjorden to Lysebotn. Once you arrive in Lysebotn, you can park your car in the designated parking area. Kjerag will be accessible from here, with clear signage guiding you to the hiking trail.
