If you are driving, start from the city center of Stavanger. Head south on Vågen towards Strandkaien, then take a left onto Østre Strandgate. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Haakon VIIs gate. Turn right onto Haakon VIIs gate, and you will find Stavanger Cathedral at number 2 on your left. Parking is available nearby, but be mindful of parking regulations.

Public Transportation

To reach Stavanger Cathedral via public transportation, take the local bus from any major bus stop in Stavanger. Look for buses heading to the city center (Stavanger sentrum). Get off at the stop named 'Stavanger Domkirke'. From there, the cathedral is a short walk. Head down Haakon VIIs gate, and you will see the cathedral ahead.

Walking

If you are already in the vicinity of Stavanger, walking to the cathedral is a pleasant option. From the Stavanger train station, head south on Jernbaneveien towards the waterfront. Turn left onto Strandkaien and then right on Østre Strandgate. Continue until you reach Haakon VIIs gate, then turn left. Stavanger Cathedral will be on your left at number 2.
