If you are driving from Stavanger, take the E39 highway south towards Egersund. Continue on E39 until you reach the exit for Egersund (approximately 70 km). Once in Egersund, follow the signs for Trollpikken. You can park at the designated parking area near the trailhead, which is located at approximately 58.469464, 6.080314. Please note that parking may incur a small fee, usually around 50 NOK.
Public Transportation
To reach Trollpikken using public transport, take a bus from Stavanger to Egersund. The bus service operated by Nor-Way Bussekspress runs regularly and the journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon arriving in Egersund, you can either take a taxi or inquire about local shuttles that might drop you off at the trailhead. If you choose to walk, it will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours to reach the trailhead from the bus station in Egersund.
Hiking
