If you're traveling by car, start your journey from Longyearbyen, the main settlement in Svalbard. Follow the signs to Fv 1 (Longyearbyen Road) and drive towards the town of Ny-Ålesund. After approximately 10 km, turn onto Fv 808 towards Fredvang. Continue on Fv 808 for about 25 km until you reach the Kvalvika Beach Trail Head, which is located at coordinates 68.0854712, 13.1426151. Parking is available near the trailhead.
