If you are driving, start from Tromsø city center. Head southeast on Storgata toward Rådhusgata, then continue onto Sjøgata. After about 1.5 kilometers, turn right onto Langnesvegen. Follow Langnesvegen for approximately 4 kilometers until you reach Prestvannet at Langnesvegen 33. There is parking available nearby, but please check for any parking fees or regulations.

For public transportation, begin at the Tromsø bus terminal. Take bus line 42 (Langnes) or bus line 40 (Kvaløysletta). The journey takes about 15-20 minutes; be sure to check the bus schedule in advance as they can vary. Get off at the stop 'Langnesvegen', which is a short walking distance from Prestvannet. Once you get off, walk toward Langnesvegen 33, and you will find the scenic area of Prestvannet.

If you are already in the vicinity of Prestvannet, you can enjoy a scenic walk to the destination. From Tromsø city center, it's approximately 4 kilometers to walk. Head southeast on Storgata and continue as if driving. Follow the same route along Sjøgata then onto Langnesvegen. The walk can take around 50 minutes, so wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle. Enjoy the beautiful views along the way!
