From the city center of Tromsø, head to the nearest bus stop, which is 'Tromsø sentrum'. Take bus number 26 towards 'Kvaløysletta'. After approximately 15-20 minutes, get off at the 'Bamsestien' bus stop. Once you exit the bus, follow the signs indicating the direction to 'Bamsestien'. The Mountain Viewpoint is a short walk from the bus stop, and you will see the path leading up to the viewpoint.

If you are starting from the city center, you can also walk to Mountain Viewpoint. Head southwest on Storgata street towards Strandgata. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Sjøgata, then turn left. Follow Sjøgata until you reach the bridge (Tromsøbrua). Cross the bridge and follow the signs towards 'Bamsestien'. The hike up to the viewpoint is approximately 1.5 kilometers, and it offers stunning views along the way.
