From the center of Tromsø, head to the nearest bus stop, which is typically at 'Tromsø sentrum'. Take bus number 26 towards 'Kvaløysletta'. The ride takes about 20 minutes. Disembark at 'Eidi' bus stop. From there, walk approximately 600 meters towards the coastline. Follow the path leading down towards the water, and you will find Eidis Hansen rock located along the shore.

If you're close to the waterfront in Tromsø, you can walk to Eidis Hansen rock. Start at the Arctic Cathedral and head towards the bridge, crossing over to Tromsøya island. Once on the island, follow the coastal path south. The rock is located approximately 2 km from the bridge along the shore, so enjoy the scenic views as you walk towards your destination.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Tromsø. Head towards the bridge connecting the city to Tromsøya. After crossing the bridge, follow the coastal road south. Biking to Eidis Hansen rock will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Make sure to park your bike safely and walk the last few meters to the rock, which is located right by the water.
